And So It Goes

Yesterday we limped along. My back started hurting so we didn't make it too far. I am looking at an eleven-hour day.

I don't know what time it is. Somewhere time went in reverse so I think it is 7:30 a.m. I woke to a cold nose in my face and had to take Surely out for her morning constitutional. If it weren’t for her, I would have slept until noon.

Sorry James aka Rusty but one of your Grandfather's legacy to me was a bad back. Too much lifting him and pulling did my back in. We needed to have gotten the lift sooner. Oh well, such is life and it does go on.

Surely had a traumatic experience yesterday, I found out she hates elevators as much as I do. The first trip up, she spent barking wildly and looking back and forth. The next trip she spent looking at the floor. This morning she balked and refused to go in. I had to pick her up and she was not happy.

This picture I took last night and it represents how tired we all were. It didn't stop me from singing in my sleep though. Gee mom, I don't sing in my sleep... do I?
