Arbor Lodge State Park
May 30th also found us at Arbor Lodge State Park. It is a beautiful place, very tranquil. A definite must see. Arbor is the home of J Sterling Morton, founder of Arbor Day. You can visit Arbor Lodge State Park by clicking here. I took picture of the inside of the house as well as outside.

I can visualize the Morton's enjoying that beautiful stately home. What a wonderful thing that it has been preserved. (Imagine cleaning it !!)
