We made it to Alabama! We are Florida bound and I have a home for 11 days. Not in one place though. I am trying to find a place to spend Christmas. I have only traveled the northern part of Florida and I have visions of traffic and blue haired drivers in Southern Florida…. Wait I just described myself. I never thought I would live long enough to be become a blue hair driver. What happened to the girl that dressed like June Cleaver and sang in the streets for change?
Tomorrow night we will be in Tallahassee and afterwards we will be staying a couple nights in St Augustine. The weather has turned unbelievably cold – 26 degrees tonight and 21 degrees tomorrow. I am going to have to get the propane tank filled.
We are alive, well, and staying warm. Life is good.
