Just A Funny Situation

In five hours we will be on our way to Washington! The RV will be at the shop for maintenance and when we return home it will be ready to go.

I hate making repair calls. I feel that when you call for repairs the person you are talking to is defensive. Dealing with Collier RV in Rockford IL is wonderful. I called yesterday to confirm and to add to my list of repairs. The conversation went like this:

Service Man: Hi Pepper, how can I help you?
Pepper: I have a couple of problems I need to add to my list.
Service Man: Well, lets run through the list one more time.
Pepper: You know about the electrical problem
Service Man: Yes
Pepper: The bedroom light doesn't work, closet light never worked, the hot water heater doesn't work, and one side of mom's mattress doesn't stay inflated. The monitor dropped out, the bedroom door is off its rocker......
Service Man is busy typing away and ends it with: Owner is off her rocker....
Laughter follows and I reply: You are really going to think I am off my rocker when I tell you that the TV in the bedroom turns on and off by itself. It is a neat parlor trick for the neighbors and I am going to start charging admission.
Service Man: TV possessed by demons.
Laughter
Pepper: I need you to check the levelers, the trim by the slide out is broken, some of the drawers won't close and the TV Antenna fell off.
Service Man: The antenna fell off? Inside or outside?
Pepper: Inside, it took the strength of three men to get the shaft to turn. I didn't know I had that kind of strength.
Service Man: Owner possessed by three strong men.

I just love that man.
