We just received the wind and rain. We are currently under a severe thunderstorm watch until 3:00 a.m. I just hope we don't end up in the basement again.

Well when the storms hit I sit on my couch (yes dressed not in my underwear he he he)with the national weather radar loop on the laptop on the left hand screen and the weather.com radar screen to the right of my screen and my smart phone with weather bug in my hand. It seems to work because I was about six minutes off from telling mom when it was to start raining. Maybe weather man is my next calling get out of prison and be a weather man. LOL na I will keep my day job.
