Busted

“Facebook – just another way your children can ignore you.”  With Facebook I can let my children, besides my daughter who doesn’t facebook, know where I am.  I can also let them know if my internet or phone is working and also if I can text.  At Collier Seminole State Park I cannot receive phone calls.  The connection is poor but I can text.  Internet is sluggish.  The last blog post was a nightmare to publish.  All of this is common knowledge on Facebook.  One of my children tried to call…  Son you are so busted.  The truth is, James aka Rusty I know you have been reading most of my inanities because of your comments so I am not angry.   I am just chuckling.   Things are going well with my children and their significant others.  My middle child, Scott has been promoted, Anna is going to culinary school (Cordon Bleu), my youngest, Hannah is finally on antibiotics, Robert has his Masters… Life is pretty good for them.

My daughter has been sick for weeks.  She works two sometimes three jobs and she just won’t stop long enough to go to the doctors.  There is a part of me that likes it when she is sick because she has some GREAT Nyquil dreams.  Click on the word Nyquil and you will know what I mean.  When she becomes ill she will call me and I get all excited and ask her “Are you going to be taking Nyquil and will you blog about it.”  I am not very compassionate aren't I?  Enough is enough and she is finally taking some much needed antibiotics.

We went into Naples and found ourselves in two interesting situations.  The public beaches are not big van friendly and neither is the Conservatory.  So we just went to Books A Million and drowned our sorrows in a two books.  Sometimes our height causes problems.  My daughter keeps a journal and also collects them.  I found one at Books A Million that she refused.  I took three pictures of it with my phone.

Very nice reading about your children. That Strangler Fig was really something and a nice walk along there too!

God I love how my big accomplishment right now is taking antibiotics. lol.

I miss you guys and am incredibly jealous. I miss the woods. Any kind of woods. At a job last night the lady was watching the discovery channel and I just about lost it. I had to leave the room. And it was about birds eating bugs if that tells you anything.

What Dogs See
